11th May 2007 - Land & Water pull out
After over 3 months of intensive work by main contractor Land & Water and its forestry sub-contractors, the EMDA-funded clearance of the 2 miles from the A1 to Denton Winding Hole was complete and the fleet was craned out at Denton Wharf on 11th May

Meanwhile, temporary repairs were being made, by BW workmen, to Denton Bridge 65

Hose-down completed, 'Pauline' is ready to be loaded
The recently re-surfaced Wharf access road - ready for trailboats, picnickers and walkers
