East Fen Catchwater Drain
The East Fen Catchwater looked promising - deep and weed free. The first low bridge was the A16 road bridge:-

We hoped to reach a bridge marked on the map as 5' but we never made it that far. We were stopped by heavy reed and lily growth:-

Ugh!!..... Oh well, perhaps we'll have more luck on the West Fen Catchwater......
